1 Introduction

Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sis6x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify sis6x support immediately through the official contact channel.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated or inaccurate information — particularly relating to your payment method name, residential address or identity documents — may cause delays in withdrawal processing or KYC verification.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

sis6x grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Acceptable Use

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sis6x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or accessing the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes;

• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or members of the sis6x support team;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any sis6x Intellectual Property without express written permission;
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, age verification systems or identity verification processes through VPNs, proxy servers or false documentation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6x Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of sis6x or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and view Platform content for your own use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of sis6x.

All trade names, trademarks and service marks referenced on the Platform that are not the property of sis6x are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party payment brands (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) or sports organisations (such as PCB, PSL or ICC) is for contextual and educational purposes only and does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sis6x, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling or wagering activity;

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by sis6x

sis6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• A User is engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• Continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform;
• A User has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting sis6x support through the official channel. Account closure requests will be processed subject to resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or open disputes. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are given priority handling in line with responsible gambling commitments.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your access to the Platform and all associated Services will cease immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct and Governing Law shall survive termination and continue to apply.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sis6x is incorporated or licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

sis6x does not operate under a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan and does not claim authorisation by any Pakistani regulatory authority including the PTA or SBP. Pakistani users access this Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable domestic law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments or provincial regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with sis6x support shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator in the jurisdiction of its licence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sis6x reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where the change is significant, we may notify registered users via the Platform or registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
